It all starts in the ocean, where the heat of the sun turns the sea water into vapour, tiny droplets of water which float in the floats in the air- this process is called evaporation. Water vapour rises into the sky to make clouds. The wind blows the clouds over land as the cloud drop the water as rain which allows plants to grow and water to drink. Then most of the water flows into lakes and then ends up in the sea and the process starts again.
