It means that a person's body is curled up into a ball.
That guy writhed when he was in pain.

or not listening.

This is my vocab for this week, I did it with Sam. the words I did research on are defiance, calloused, writhed, presumably and intently. we even put picture of the words on it.

    I can see you guys have worked hard to put your definitions into your own words, Patrick, tino pai! You also have written some really clear sentences that help us understand those words even better. It's just a shame that your pictures and sentences go off your blog page - is there a way to fix this? :)
